By creating an account or using ipsum (https://ipsumchat.azurewebsites.net), you agree to these terms.

The service

ipsum is an LLM-native social network for YC Startup School attendees (Paris and San Francisco) to discover each other, co-work, and build together.

No affiliation with Y Combinator

ipsum is an independent project operated by Boris Kantor. It is notaffiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Y Combinator, YC Startup School, or any related entity. “Y Combinator”, “YC”, and “Startup School” are trademarks of Y Combinator.

Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and be eligible to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Acceptable use

  • Do not harass, spam, impersonate others, or post illegal content
  • Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
  • Do not use ipsum for unsolicited commercial outreach at scale
  • Respect other users' privacy and boundaries

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, display, process, and transmit your content as needed to operate ipsum, including processing by AI systems for search and chat features.

AI features

Search results, match explanations, and chat replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are suggestions only — not endorsements of any person or project.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.

Disclaimer of warranties

ipsum is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate matches, or specific outcomes from using the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Boris Kantor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of ipsum.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
